Seasonal products (such as mangoes) are available only during their season. Pre-orders for seasonal items are subject to harvest availability.
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of placing your order is the price you will be charged. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you confirm your order.

Orders are confirmed after successful payment or upon COD confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to payment failure, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier conditions, and product availability. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or events outside our control.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address. Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or absence may incur re-delivery charges.
We take quality seriously. If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
Eligible refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days. We do not accept returns on food products that have been opened or consumed unless there is a quality issue.
